Un manque d&rsquo;innovation. Une sous-estimation de la concurrence locale et une num\u00e9risation trop lente de leur activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re de ce moment historique, l&rsquo;article de McKinsey &amp; Company post\u00e9 par mon ami Ivo Naumann sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l&rsquo;\u00e9picerie en Chine que je republie ici est encore plus int\u00e9ressant et doit \u00eatre lu par tous ceux qui souhaitent mieux comprendre la num\u00e9risation en Chine, les opportunit\u00e9s qu&rsquo;elle apporte mais aussi les d\u00e9fis qui doivent \u00eatre relev\u00e9s par les acteurs de la num\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9picerie, pensez-vous peut-\u00eatre. O\u00f9 est le probl\u00e8me ? Eh bien, \u2026., comme l&rsquo;\u00e9crivent les auteurs Dymfke Kuijpers et Alex Sawaya : Le march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9picerie en Chine est l&rsquo;un des plus fascinants au monde : il est \u00e9norme (le deuxi\u00e8me apr\u00e8s les \u00c9tats-Unis), il est \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant-garde du commerce en ligne et il conna\u00eet une croissance rapide. C&rsquo;est aussi une source d&rsquo;inspiration en ce qui concerne le num\u00e9rique et le commerce en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous l&rsquo;impulsion des g\u00e9ants du num\u00e9rique (par exemple, le groupe Alibaba avec son concept HeMa en ligne\/hors ligne), le march\u00e9 chinois de l&rsquo;\u00e9picerie a \u00e9t\u00e9 boulevers\u00e9 \u00e0 une vitesse et \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence telles que les acteurs traditionnels ont eu du mal \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais tout n&rsquo;est pas rose pour les perturbateurs num\u00e9riques.
