En Occident, on nous a appris \u00e0 bien penser, \u00e0 \u00eatre analytiques. En Chine on leur a appris \u00e0 bien observer. Ils sont ultra-sensibles aux variations et aux changements, et les int\u00e8grent extr\u00eamement rapidement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39&nbsp;Ont-ils \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie qui a profond\u00e9ment remis en question le monde du travail tel qu&#8217;il existait en 2020, et ne cesse de red\u00e9finir ses contours ?<br><br>La r\u00e9ponse est oui. En Chine, les managers \u00e9voluent dans un contexte soudainement tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent : la croissance ralentit et l&#8217;avenir n&#8217;est plus un horizon radieux. Pour les entrepreneurs, le futur est devenu encore plus incertain, notamment en raison de l\u2019environnement politique.
